From here, students will learn about Socrates’ emphasis on honesty and how it benefits communities. Through the creative medium of comic strips and personal reflection, students will see how these ancient principles are still relevant today, offering practical steps to build stronger relationships in their daily lives.
Students will create a comic strip featuring Socrates, using his wisdom to solve a modern-day challenge. They will also design a personalised 9-point checklist for building trust, drawing on their understanding of Socratic philosophy.
Teachers will be provided with detailed lesson plans that align with the NSW curriculum. These plans are adaptable, ensuring that the course can be tailored to meet different educational standards, making the material accessible and engaging for all students.
